I've had this rice cooker for 9 years now and have used it at least weekly for that long.I also will leave it on for days with the rice warming.It's durable, dependable.I have also cooked other things in it- leave wild rice in for at least 30 mins after the warming light is on- also have cooked wheatberries and quinoa without any problems.Very easy.Gets a little gummy with the steam drain, but that happens on all of them.Very easy to clean.After 9 years, the inside pot is a little scratched, but rice doesn't stick- I have to say on occasion I used metal utensils and this is where the scratches came from.I also like that it has 1 button only.You don't have to keep on pulling out a user manual or worry about an lcd screen.
The size is good too- for maybe up to 4-6 people.
